Dust Control Solutions Built for Power Generation Facilities

In power plants, dust control isn’t optional—it’s mission-critical.
From fly ash to silica and metallic particulates, BlueSky® handles it all.
Fully contained. Mobile. Designed for demanding energy environments.

BlueSky Meets Regulatory and Operational Demands Every Time.

With increasing scrutiny from OSHA, EPA, and local air quality boards, power plants must control airborne emissions at every stage. BlueSky® systems support particulate control strategies for PM10/PM2.5, crystalline silica, and other regulated substances—helping you meet NESHAP, MACT, and GHG-related controls with confidence.

Why BlueSky® Works for Power Generation

Power generation processes—especially combustion, ash handling, and maintenance activities—produce fine and hazardous dust that can cause respiratory harm, equipment failure, and environmental violations. BlueSky® systems offer a mobile, sealed, zero-contact collection method that keeps these materials contained at every stage, protecting both people and operations.

BlueSky® units are designed to operate under extreme industrial conditions. Whether it’s inside a boiler house, turbine hall, or outdoor ash handling area, our systems provide high-volume dust collection without the need for permanent ductwork or labor-intensive changeouts. SmartBox® Technology ensures waste and filter media are never exposed during operation or disposal—streamlining maintenance and compliance.

Mobile, Scalable, and Always Operational

BlueSky® dust collectors are self-contained and fully mobile, requiring no concrete pad, ducting, or site prep. This makes them ideal for use during outages, shutdowns, or ongoing operations across the power generation sector. Whether indoors or out, deployment is fast and non-disruptive—simply deliver, power up, and go.

BlueSky Turn-Key Services

BlueSky offers more than just cost-effective and efficient airborne dust collectors, we also provide white-glove services to maintain our dust collectors and replace filter decks. You wouldn’t drive your household trash to the dump yourself, so why should your dust collector be any different? With a BlueSky Air Cleaner, you can say goodbye to in-house filter replacement and the expenses, hazards, personnel, and downtime that come with that process.

A BlueSky service contract allows you to save money on maintenance and ensure zero dust exposure to your staff and job site. You can set up regular maintenance visits, or simply give us a call to replace your Smartbox®. Our team of highly trained technicians will personally replace your BlueSky filters on site in a few minutes, not the hours or days it takes to service other machines. Your used Smartbox® will be replaced with a brand new one, and your site will be up and running before you know it. Your used Smartbox® will be handled in a BlueSky facility, and the dust will never see fresh air again. With BlueSky’s dust collector servicing, maintaining your machine is a dust-free breeze.
