BlueSky Defender™ Negative Air Machine
A BlueSky® Defender™ negative air machine is the new, better solution to large negative-air contaminants for projects including Asbestos remediation, construction, renovation, mold remediation, and Nuclear D&D. Each system can be configured from 2,500-100,000+ SCFM based on the project need, avoiding the hassle of managing a fleet of smaller machines that lack the power and capacity to bring large areas under negative pressure consistently.
BlueSky ID fan units (TurboBox™ module) are VFD and PLC controlled, allowing for automatic fan-speed adjustment to maintain consistent and reliable airflow for 24/7 operations. The machines are all-electric with direct-drive fans, providing reliable performance for longer projects.
To further minimize maintenance after installation, the Defender™ negative air machine is equipped with large True HEPA (99.97% @0.3microns) filter banks, meaning replacement cycles are measured in months and years, not weeks.
BlueSky Gladiator™ Mobile Dust Collector
The BlueSky® Gladiator mobile dust collector is the ideal workhorse for hazardous and non hazardous temporary and permanent projects from thermal spray hex-chrome fume, to silica dust, carbon black, and many more. Each system can be configured from 2,500-100,000+SCFM based on the project need, and comes with proprietary Pulse&Shake™ filter cleaning (JetPack™ module).
The Gladiator™ mobile dust collector has the ability to serve a dual role of negative air containment, and dust collection for large construction projects, and can be placed inside, or outside and ducted to a containment.
The machines are all-electric with VFD and PLC controlled direct-drive fans, providing reliable performance for longer projects without the hassle and cost of refueling a diesel engine.
